Palo Duro Place Apartments in Amarillo, TX offers spacious 1 bedroom and 3 bedroom apartments for rent. We have many different floor plan sizes and we have 3 bedroom apartments with 1 or 2 baths. Palo Duro Place is pet friendly, because your pets are family too. We offer ceiling fans, mini blinds, private patios and balconies, and our detached garage option will help to keep your car cool in the summer. We are conveniently located in Northwest Amarillo within moments of dining, shopping, and bus lines.

Pet Policy
We welcome pets at Palo Duro Place Apartments.
Initial Pet Fee is non-refundable and do not transfer from apartment to apartment. Pets may be dogs or cats or most other caged animals (upon approval from the office). We do not accept Akita, American Bull Dog, American Pit Bull Terrier, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow Chow, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepard, Mastiff, Olde English Bull Dog, Presa Canario (Canary Dog), Rottweiler, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, Dalmatian, Saint Bernard, Great Dane or any mix of these breeds.
All pets may not exceed 50 pounds per pet. Each apartment may have up to two pets.
A signed pet addendum is required; our pet rent is $25 per pet per month.
- $400 pet fee 1st pet + $200 additional for 2nd pet (Non-Refundable)
- $25 per month per pet
At Palo Duro Place Apartments we are “pet friendly” and want to meet these important members of your family. Please bring your pet to the office for an “interview”. We like to meet and get to know all our residents, even our four footed ones!!
